Clinical Assessment Services
Neurocognitive Evaluation
Neurocognitive assessment involves the systematic evaluation of cognitive functioning across multiple domains, including memory, attention, processing speed, language, visuospatial abilities, and executive functioning. Results inform diagnosis, treatment planning, and decision making for adults and older adults with complex neurological and medical conditions.
Psychoeducational Evaluation
Psychoeducational assessment evaluates cognitive abilities, academic skills, and processing functions in adults to identify learning disabilities and attention disorders. Results support diagnosis and provide documentation for accommodations in higher education, professional licensing, and occupational contexts.

Forensic Assessment Services
Forensic Neuropsychological Evaluation
Forensic neuropsychological evaluation provides objective, comprehensive assessment of cognitive and psychological functioning for legal proceedings including personal injury litigation, traumatic brain injury claims, and civil and criminal matters requiring expert neuropsychological opinion.
Capacity Evaluation
Capacity evaluation provides objective neuropsychological assessment of an individual's ability to make informed decisions regarding medical treatment, finances, or other significant matters. Results offer clear, defensible findings to support physicians, families, attorneys, and courts when questions of decision-making capacity arise.

Pre-Surgical Evaluation
Pre-surgical evaluations provide important insights for patients planning to undergo certain neurosurgical or medical procedures. Depending on the surgical procedure being considered, evaluations can include neuropsychological and/or psychological testing to help surgical teams understand a patient's baseline functioning, identify potential risks, and ensure patients are emotionally and cognitively prepared for the road ahead. Results are communicated clearly to referring providers and surgical teams to support informed decision-making.
Psychological Evaluation
Psychological evaluation involves the systematic assessment of emotional, behavioral, and psychological functioning through standardized testing, clinical interview, and behavioral observation. These evaluations provide valuable diagnostic information for individuals experiencing psychological symptoms and support treatment planning, and other clinical decision-making.

Independent Medical Examination
Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) provide objective, third-party neuropsychological assessment of cognitive and psychological functioning for attorneys, insurance carriers, and employers. IME reports offer clear, well-supported findings regarding the nature and extent of impairment, causation, and functional limitations relevant to legal and insurance determinations.
Disability Evaluation
Disability evaluation provides objective neuropsychological and psychological assessment of cognitive and functional impairment for adults pursuing disability determinations through Social Security, private insurance, vocational rehabilitation, or legal proceedings. Results clearly document the nature and extent of impairment resulting from neurological or medical conditions to support disability claims and related determinations.
